Return policy at IT Nam Viet

Return policy applies in the following cases:

• The goods delivered by the seller are not of the correct quantity, quality, or requirements according to the signed contract or agreement between the seller and the buyer
• The goods are defective or damaged immediately after delivery without any impact from the buyer

Cases where return is not applicable

• Due to buyer’s fault during use, storage or damage due to mechanical impact: deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches; damage due to humidity, rust, water seepage, natural disasters, fire; damage due to animal intrusion or human damage;
• Software or errors caused by viruses;
• Accessories, consumables during use;
• Buyer chooses a product that is not suitable for the intended use;
• Buyer repairs or disassembles the device on his own;
• The product no longer has complete components, equipment, packaging,… or is still there but is damaged, scratched, impacted, dropped, broken, deformed,…
